Medical-Grade Full Body Composition Analysis

Vision Health exclusively offers clients a comprehensive full body composition analysis using our medical-grade InBody body composition analyser.

Unlike standard weighing scales, the InBody assessment measures 26 body composition parameters, providing a detailed picture of your overall health, body composition and physical progress. By tracking these measurements over time, we can objectively monitor how your body responds to changes in activity, nutrition and lifestyle.

Your assessment helps our coaches to:

  • Measure changes in muscle mass, body fat and body water.

  • Identify muscle imbalances between your left and right sides, and between your upper and lower body.

  • Assess body composition rather than relying on weight alone.

  • Tailor exercise programmes to improve strength, balance, mobility and overall fitness.

  • Monitor progress using objective data, helping to keep you motivated and on track towards your health goals.

Every assessment is securely stored within the Vision Health App, allowing you to review your results, monitor trends over time and celebrate your progress. You can also download and print personalised reports to share with your GP, physiotherapist or other healthcare professionals, providing them with valuable information to support your ongoing care.

Example Body Composition Report

Body Composition Analysis The foundational breakdown: Total body water, protein, minerals, body fat mass, and weight — each shown against a "normal range." This shows what makes up your weight.

Muscle-Fat Analysis Compares weight, skeletal muscle mass (SMM), and body fat mass visually against under/normal/over ranges. An intuitive visual showing at a glance whether you’re carrying more muscle or more fat relative to norms.

Segmental Lean/Fat Analysis Shows muscle and fat distribution by limb and torso. This is a great visual representation useful for spotting asymmetries or targeted problem areas.

Weight Control Directly actionable: it shows a target weight plus how much fat vs. muscle to gain or lose — great for setting goals.

Visceral Fat Level & Waist-Hip Ratio Important health-risk indicators beyond aesthetics — visceral fat relates to metabolic health, not just appearance.

Body Composition History This chart tracks progress across multiple visits, turning individual data points into a visible trend. It's a strong motivator as it shows real change over time.
