Vision Health Terms of Use

Dated: 21 September 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vision Health mobile application and any related services (together, the "Services") provided by Vision Health Services, part of the Vision Fitness Group ("Vision Health", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Vision Health

Vision Health is a United Kingdom based health, wellbeing and fitness service that combines coaching, welcoming local gyms and a companion app. The Services are intended for use only within the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility and membership requirement

The Vision Health app is a companion product for members of the Vision Fitness group and for patients referred through our healthcare partners. You must have either a paid Vision Fitness gym membership or an active Vision Health referral to use the Services. A member or referral account will be set up for you by your coach at your first session or during your onboarding appointment. The Services are not available to the general public and account creation is not available inside the app.

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Where users aged 16 to 17 are supported through a referral pathway, additional safeguarding controls and parent or guardian consent apply as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Payments and purchases

Vision Fitness gym memberships and Vision Health coaching services are purchased and managed outside the app, through Vision Fitness or through your referring healthcare partner. The app itself is provided at no additional cost to eligible members and referred patients. No paid content, subscription or in app purchase is sold through the app. Membership pricing, joining terms and cancellation policies are set out at your Vision Fitness location and on our website.

4. Health disclaimer

The Services are designed to support healthy lifestyle change and to help you work with a qualified Vision Health coach. The Services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your GP or another qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the Services.

If you experience pain, discomfort or any symptom that concerns you during or after exercise, stop and seek appropriate medical attention. In an emergency, call 999.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@visionhealth.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, a safeguarding concern or a risk to the safety or integrity of the Services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully, respectfully and in a way that does not harm any other user, our coaches or our staff. You agree not to:

7. Content you provide

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services, including messages, measurements, questionnaire responses and other health related information ("Your Content"). You grant Vision Health a limited, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Services, provide your coaching and reporting, and meet our legal obligations. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content.

8. Coaching and messaging

In app messaging is intended for non urgent coaching conversations between you and your Vision Health coach. Messages are not monitored around the clock and should not be used for medical emergencies or safeguarding disclosures that require an immediate response. If you have an urgent safeguarding concern, please email hello@visionhealth.app with the subject "Safeguarding concern". In an emergency, call 999.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, design, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, text and other materials that make up the Services are owned by Vision Health Services or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 10. Third party services and app stores

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the store terms in relation to the download and installation of the app, the store terms will prevail for that specific matter.

Some features of the Services rely on third party providers, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics and payment processing (for gym membership only, provided outside the app). Where third party providers process your information on our behalf, they act as data processors under our instruction and in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free or free from security incidents. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or modify all or part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance, safety, legal or operational reasons. We may also update the Services to add new features, remove features or change existing behaviour.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice, for example by email or through an in app notice, before they take effect. 13. Termination

You can stop using the Services at any time. You can also request account deletion by emailing hello@visionhealth.app with the subject "Account deletion request". We will complete deletion within 30 days, subject to any records we are required to retain for legal, safeguarding or clinical audit reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe suspension is necessary to protect users, coaches, staff or the integrity of the Services. Where practical and lawful, we will notify you and explain the reason.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
